I have lived all of this, previously getting severe sleep apnea and being literally incapable of working longer than an hour a day and so I had to massively improve the efficiency with which I managed my time/projects/staff. This is very hard-won knowledge. I can drop value bombs on your audience, quickly and coherently, providing paradigm shifts and nuggets of useful, actionable information in a manner that is persuasive and also engaging. I am an easy person to interview and I genuinely enjoy talking about how to more efficiently manage your time/projects/staff. None of what I say is theoretical, either myself or my clients have successfully implemented everything I discuss. No wishy washy nonsense, only the most useful, engaging material I can come up with to create a great interview.
