About Lori Hurst
Lori Hurst's journey from overcoming childhood hearing challenges to becoming a leader and executive coach is a story of resilience.
After returning to school as a single mom and earning her degree, she landed a role in child protection, where her frustration with ineffective leadership sparked a desire to lead.
Within five years, she was promoted to a full-time leadership role.
With a passion for growth, Lori earned an executive coaching certification, transforming her leadership approach to one of collaboration.
She later became certified mediator, conducting over 100 workplace mediations to help leaders resolve conflicts and improve communication within their teams.
