I coach relationship and life clarity for Indian couples — both in India and the diaspora abroad — working couples, homemakers, live-in partners, and individuals who feel stuck but can't name why. My work isn't clinical; it's about permission — to feel what you feel, want what you want, and say the thing out loud before resentment says it for you. I work with women and men equally — in my experience, men carry just as much relationship pain as women do, they've simply been taught to carry it more silently.
I've been fascinated by people for as long as I can remember — an old ad from my young-adult years, about how every home has a story to tell, planted that curiosity early. My own life deepened it: I grew up moving across India every 1-2 years as a government officer's daughter, then again as a government officer's wife, living inside communities of every language, caste, and custom rather than just studying them. I've also been a lifelong reader — Russian storybooks and comics as a child, American YA fiction as a mother trying to understand my kids' world without judging it through my own upbringing, and now relationship books to keep sharpening this work.
I write Quiet Rise – Inner Growth Letters, an ongoing newsletter on LinkedIn tracing why couples grow distant and how they find their way back. I also share reflections on Instagram, and build this practice in public as the conversation grows every week.
