My latest book, Unladylike: A Mythopoetic Reclamation of Love, delves into the transformative nature of heartbreak and loss, illustrating how these experiences can shape our paths to wholeness. As a senior teacher at the Hoffman Institute, I combine my lived experiences with psychological insights to guide others in authoring their own narratives. I believe in the power of resilience, self-authorship, and trauma-informed healing, inviting audiences to turn their pain into purpose and craft lives that reflect their true selves.
