Having many years of experience in surprising and delighting his clients with stunning engagement and wedding rings, Karl saw an opportunity in 2020 to begin sharing his love of customer journey experiences with other small business owners.

Having many years of experience in surprising and delighting his clients with stunning engagement and wedding rings, Karl saw an opportunity in 2020 to begin sharing his love of customer journey experiences with other small business owners. 

Notably in 2020, I won the national award for the best customer experience in the My Business Awards 2020. In June 2020, Karl founded My 5 Star Reviews also known now as (Reputable), a business dedicated to not only helping business owners craft their own remarkable client experiences, but to turn their testimonials into SEO powered Google Reviews. 

I have worked with over 120 small businesses owners nationwide, to help them generate more than 1485 x 5 Star Google Reviews. While this is an exciting prospect, what really drives me is my desire to make a real difference in the lives of those less fortunate.

In 2022, I launched my 10,000 smiles campaign. The idea being that when something wonderful happens here and a client receives a Google Review, I make it possible for that smile to carry on in another part of the world. This sets in motion in my dream of helping my clients generate 10,000 Google Reviews, which in turn creates 10,000 Days of education for women in the Philippines to pull themselves and their families out of poverty, which in turn brings another 10,000 smiles to theirs and their families faces.
