I spent a decade in technology and startups before somatic therapy cracked me open. I helped build companies from the ground up, including one that reached a $500 million exit, one of the largest in Canadian tech history.

Then I ran out of things to try with my mind. I had done the therapy, read the books, understood my patterns more thoroughly than most people ever do. And something was still running underneath, shaping my choices in ways I could not think my way out of.

Somatic Experiencing® changed everything. Not because it gave me answers but because my body had been holding them all along and I had never learned to listen.

Now I work at the intersection of nervous system healing, intuitive guidance, and real business strategy. I am a Somatic Experiencing® Therapist, clinical hypnotherapist, and business mentor with training across somatic EMDR, energy intuitive healing, NLP, and family constellations.
