Having sat at the C-Suite table in Business Operations (35 years) and Marketing (~11years), I have a broad range of experience with design, branding, strategy and mindset to optimize your business holistically and practically.

Beating stage 3 cancer fueled my longstanding interest in natural and integrative health. Though not practicing, I'm a Board Certified Functional Wellness Coach turned marketer.

Since 2016 I've produced a multi-award winning B2B Sales & Marketing podcast (became a video editor in the process) and got certified as a conversion copywriter in 2021. I am an empty nesting night owl living in the Seattle area. I enjoy thrifting and am a recovering personality test addict.
