After earning my Master's Degree and spending five years in Corporate America, I pivoted to hands-on healing in 1987 due to health challenges.

My journey has been deeply enriched by spiritual exploration across various traditions, and I thrive on living in alignment with my values.

I believe that true fulfillment comes from following our hearts and connecting with communities that share our passions.

Currently, I'm finishing my long-awaited book, volunteering for causes close to my heart, and enjoying life in beautiful Sonoma County, where I love to garden and soak in hot springs.
