This experience has profoundly shaped my approach to leadership, training, and problem-solving. After transitioning into aerospace and defense, I've honed my skills at various organizations, focusing on training, process improvement, and helping teams excel.

As a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and TWI instructor, I design and manage training programs that emphasize clarity and standardization, believing that organizations can drive significant change through simple, effective methods tailored to the people involved.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from National University, and I’m passionate about coaching and always striving to empower others to reach their full potential.
