Tim Jordan is a serial entrepreneur and community builder with over a decade of experience starting, growing, and scaling service businesses in Colorado.

At just 22 years old, Tim purchased SG Window Tint, a small local tint shop, and transformed it into a multi-location leader in automotive, residential, and commercial window tinting, paint protection, and ceramic coatings. That early leap into ownership gave him firsthand experience in what it takes to build systems, manage people, and establish a brand in a competitive industry.

Tim also was the President and co-owner of Palmer Flowers, Colorado’s largest independent florists. Palmer Flowers was employee owned during Tim's leadership.

Leading the 100 person Palmer Flowers gave him a broader perspective on scaling a team-driven business and the power of empowering employees to take ownership in both culture and results.

Palmer Flowers was sold to Family Flowers in 2023, a successful exit for Tim and the employee owners.

He later co-founded Mold Removal Express, applying the same principles of streamlined operations, customer-focused service, and system-driven growth to scale revenue while reducing owner dependency.

Through these ventures, Tim discovered a recurring theme: many small service business owners felt stuck — trapped working in their business instead of on it.

That insight inspired the launch of Service Catalyst, where he now serves as President and Co-Founder.

Service Catalyst is a peer mentorship community and education platform built specifically for service entrepreneurs. Tim designed it to help owners “buy back their time” through proven systems, strategic guidance, and a supportive network of peers.

By combining real-world experience with structured frameworks, he helps members escape the technician trap and create businesses that run without them.

Beyond business, Tim is most proud of his role as a husband and dad. He and his wife, Danielle, are raising their family in Colorado and share a passion for building not just companies, but a life centered around faith, family, and freedom.
