More specifically, I am co-founder of MATR, a new tech start-up helping people create amazing relationships in their companies, their colleges, and their personal lives. Previously, I was the Director of Programs and Strategy at Civic Genius, where I designed and led the "It's Your America" program aimed at fostering a more solution-oriented, less partisan politics. I also worked on workforce and education policy at the local, state and national levels, focusing on how to help Americans get jobs and gain the skills necessary to advance their careers.

In my first career, I was a professional speaker for over 9 years, leading personal and professional development seminars for audiences across 24 cities in North America. Lastly, I also previously worked with the United Nations, helping to lead a conflict resolution effort that guided civil society and government leaders from the Pacific Islands to develop joint peace and development solutions.
