My target audience are HR leaders and CEOs of mid-size companies who don't want to pay the price for turnover and disengagement caused by leadership practices; they are interested in selecting the right leaders to begin with and are willing to walk the extra mile early, especially in an M&A situation.

In talking to my target audience I find that my solution interests individuals as well, and for them I provide individual coaching around the motivators that can be used for professional and personal development.

Why Invite me?

I have some unique perspectives on leadership based on my own experience, one of which is that the less of an expert you are, the better your chances are to be a good leader. I'd be happy to share my story, along with some funny intercultural experiences and the discovery that leadership is key to success, no matter where in the world you are. Interestingly enough, the same mistakes are being made in leadership appointments everywhere, and my mission is to help individuals and organizations fix those. I am very passionate about this topic and will be a lively guest, drawing parallels to real life to get my points across. I believe I'm capable of making people laugh (at least smile), but of course I understand my sense of humor - not sure if your audience does. I have inspired team members and individuals in companies to change before, and helped them with their career and transition into bigger roles. It's what I love to do - help people make good choices for themselves and with that help the organization be successful.
