Before transitioning to the world of fiction, she spent decades in the fine jewelry industry, selling and designing pieces, teaching gemology at GIA, and growing up immersed in her family’s jewelry store.

Today, she brings that same jeweler’s eye to every manuscript she touches, combining her deep craft knowledge with the precision and care of a lapidary.
