Some fun facts about me: I’m an average parent, cook and housekeeper, but a below-average laundromat service. I hate convention, superficial conversation, and anything generic. But no, I'm not a snob! Maybe just a little bit...? But not to my clients. Promise!

I must mention that I don't do anything the conventional way, and specifically, I don't do the traditional coach thing of pushing people to change.

I don't believe in that. What we all genuinely need is space to safely explore our inner landscape and re-attach /build trust with ourselves, access the wisdom of our souls, and ease into change in a gentle, compassionate space - on our own timeline.
