As a global wellness expert and Ayurvedic clinician, I’m pioneering a new era of holistic health, trauma recovery, women’s health, and longevity.

I use holistic treatment to restore my patients’ mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health and to prevent disease and disorders. This multidimensional approach is comprehensive and highly accurate in diagnosing the root cause of health problems and identifying the most effective treatment methods.

In particular, I focus on healing trauma, which often leads to anxiety, depression, feelings of loss, low self-esteem, cravings, addiction, and PTSD. All treatments are customized and treat the individual, not the disease.

In addition to seeing individual clients, I am regularly invited to deliver month-long corporate wellness workshops and programs to leading global organizations and to facilitate meditation and yoga workshops at schools to incorporate wellness education into their curriculum.

My meditations have helped many people around the world. In 2020, I was honored by an invitation to join a live interactive session hosted by His Holiness The Dalai Lama on the topic of integrated healthcare and compassion.
