I started this company in 2008, repairing consumer electronics out of a basement. Went through Georgian College, grew from one-person repair shop to a 14-person technology firm serving clients across Central and Southern Ontario.

Along the way I learned something most IT providers never figure out: the technology isn't the problem. It's usually process, configuration, or a provider who doesn't understand the business.

I spend most of my time inside small and mid-sized companies, sitting in quarterly reviews with owners and controllers, figuring out why their systems don't match how the company actually works. I've done that across manufacturing floors, law firms, engineering offices, and healthcare clinics. The patterns are surprisingly similar no matter the industry.
