From an ear­ly age, Adel­heid was drawn to spir­i­tu­al­ity as the nat­ur­al com­po­nent of the hu­man spir­it, ex­plor­ing and study­ing it in var­i­ous traditional contexts, such as trib­al spir­i­tu­al­i­ty, Chris­tian­i­ty, Tibetan Bud­dhism, Su­fism, Tao­ism, and mys­tic poetry.

A mother of four, Adel­heid spent the first part of her adult life raising her family and de­vel­op­ing her ca­reer as a part­ner in the fam­i­ly art and an­tiques business.

She lat­er developed a sec­ond ca­reer as the founder of 'L'Ate­lier du Di­a­logue In­térieur' (Voice Di­a­logue Work­shop), where she has been teach­ing ‘Voice Dialogue' and guid­ing people on their path of self-discovery and spiritual growth since 1993.

Adel­heid's expertise in ‘Voice Di­a­logue’ has been cul­ti­vat­ed through years of ded­i­cat­ed study and collaboration with some of the most influential figures in the field.

She has worked close­ly with Dr. Hal Stone and Dr. Sidra Stone, the cre­ators and de­vel­op­ers of ‘Voice Di­a­logue, of the theory and practice of the Psychol­o­gy of selves and of the Aware Self’. Their teachings have profoundly shaped her ap­proach.

Adel­heid's work mas­ter­ful­ly blends in­sights from psy­chol­o­gy, spir­i­tu­al­i­ty, and the poetic language of the soul, cre­at­ing a life-changing space of sen­si­tive aware­ness that in­vites in­di­vid­u­als to em­bark on a pro­found in­ner jour­ney. A journey that deeply moves and enlivens the body, heart, and mind. Within this nurturing en­vi­ron­ment, peo­ple are guid­ed to open their hearts, fear­less­ly explore their inner land­scapes, and con­nect with their deepest truth.

Adelheid speaks English, German and French. She is the author of two books.
