Rick Jenkins is the founder of AI Revenue Forge, a family company in the Florida Keys. In one season he shipped eight apps to the Microsoft Store and Google Play - solo, with AI as his co-pilot: a free restaurant-inspection lookup (FoodCodeScout), a local business opportunity radar (OpsScout), a casting-call board that fights pay-to-audition scams (TalentScout), and five more.

His operating rule is simple: lead with something genuinely free that helps people, and let the money follow. Rick talks candidly about what AI actually did versus what still needed a human, real costs and store-certification failures, and how one person with one idea can run the same playbook. Before apps he ran service businesses, markets, and more side hustles than he can count - he brings builder stories, not theory.
