Alicja Carter is a keynote speaker and executive coach who helps leaders bring out the best in others.

For more than 20 years, she has worked in behavioral health, organizational wellness and leadership development. She is an ICF member and Certified Professional Coach.

Alicja works with capable leaders who are carrying too much, often driven by self-doubt they rarely say out loud. She knows that pattern firsthand. Her own story of losing her place and rebuilding fuels the honest, energizing conversations she brings to every audience.

She believes that underneath every leader’s performance is a human experience.

When she’s not working, you’ll find Alicja Latin dancing, catching up with friends over coffee or enjoying her husband’s delicious cooking.
