Amy Chapman, CPTD, is the founder and CEO of YellowLine, where she helps organizations figure out why work is harder than it should be and what to do about it.

With nearly 20 years at PPD and Thermo Fisher Scientific, Amy built systems that improved performance, reduced onboarding time, and saved millions in unnecessary costs. She was named one of Training Magazine's Top 5 Emerging Training Leaders and received three CEO Defining Principles Awards.

But Amy's career didn't start in a boardroom. With degrees in theatre and acting, she's a former drama teacher who appeared in the films *Little Monsters* and *Turner & Hooch*. Today, she's an entrepreneur, mother, karaoke enthusiast, and someone who isn't afraid to challenge conventional thinking about leadership and workplace performance.

Amy believes capable people are often blamed for problems created by the systems they work in. Her favorite question is simple: "What does GOOD look like?"

Her philosophy? Not every job is easy, but every job should be as easy as possible to do WELL.
