I currently lead the people charter for core AWS products and services in EMEA and APJC, shaping workforce and location strategy, organizational design, succession planning and culture for globally distributed teams.

I am also a non-exec Board Member with FamiliBase, a community based, not for profit organization with charitable status that works with children, young people and families supported by a range of funders.

I I have been writing about HR since my first year in the profession, contributing to platforms such as Human Capital Institute (HCI), People Matters and OC Tanner, and when I’m not writing for them, I blog about all things HR at thehrbpstory.com.

I enjoy interacting with experienced and aspiring HR professionals alike, and have been invited to speak and teach at leading business schools in India like IIM Ranchi, IIM Jammu, Institute for Financial Management and Research (IFMR), Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB), Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune (SIBM), Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA) and Madras School of Social Work (MSSW).

I serve as the co-chair of the HR Network at the American Chamber of Commerce, Ireland and and previously supported communities such as SHRM India, People Matters and the National HRD Network.

My work has been recognized through multiple industry honors, including being named one of People Matters India’s 15 emerging HR Leaders, SHRM India’s Top 50 HR Influencers, and ETHRWorld’s Top 20 HR influencers.
