I'm Anna Begas, a somatic sexology coach and embodiment therapist with 15+ years of experience guiding women through private sessions, groups, circles, and retreats.
My work weaves together therapy, coaching, trauma work, somatic approaches, and bodywork, along with a background in herbalism and plant spirit medicine.

I run Unconventionally Limitless, built on three pillars: embodying inherent dignity, unshaming expression, and reclaiming erotic intelligence. My mission is to liberate women's life force from internalized societal oppression.

More recently, I also work with couples of all genders, putting the sexual relationship at the center to find deeper connection and freedom.

I live in the mountains of Spain, have 2 children (age 10 & 16) and am obsessed with dancing forró. 😍
