Anne F Hag believes there's more to life than the daily hamster wheel of work, responsibilities, and endless consumption. She believes we're meant to create, explore, imagine, and make something meaningful—not simply move from one day to the next.

A fiction writer, certified book coach, and founder of Author by Heart, Anne is passionate about helping people rediscover their creativity through writing stories that matter to them.

With a PhD in Health Sciences and a career in research, Anne brings both analytical thinking and creative curiosity to her work. She's particularly interested in how writing fiction can help us develop our creative intelligence—our ability to imagine possibilities, explore different perspectives, solve problems, and bring new ideas to life.

For Anne, writing a novel is much more than a literary ambition. It's an opportunity to challenge yourself, develop your creative abilities, discover what matters to you, and experience the satisfaction of creating something that didn't exist before.

Through her writing and mentoring, Anne hopes to inspire more people to step off the hamster wheel—at least for a while—and discover what happens when they give their imagination room to grow.
