Astra's unique insight is based on 10,000+ hours studying what it means to live a purposeful and successful life, encompassing everything from human sustainability to shadow work, systems thinking to nonviolent communication, and faith practices from across the world.

Their study has led to over 2,000 hours teaching, coaching and facilitating, plus authoring Finding Your Professional Purpose (2022), keynote and conference appearances, and working with 60+ brands as a communication professional. They’ve also lived on a commune, in a warehouse, and with the Hare Krishna monks - plus travelled all over the world.
