I bring over 25 years of experience as a corporate HR executive scaling companies like USAA and Indeed. Before my time in the boardroom, I developed my focus on high-stakes performance and discipline as an NCAA Division-I swimmer and coach. Today, as the founder of Sundog Coaching, I use that combined experience to act as an objective sounding board for proven founders, helping them step out of the daily weeds and build autonomous teams. Outside of my professional life, I am a dedicated family man celebrating over 25 years of marriage with two daughters. I still swim competitively in the Trans Tahoe Relay, prioritize time for good food and a great glass of red wine, and actively support my Austin community by having co-founded the youth volunteer organization Generation SERVE.
