Why Invite as a Guest?

My passion is coaching and it is what led me to the field of Human Resources. I grew up a competitive swimmer and swam at the club level and in college. Along the way, I coached summer league and eventually coached professionally for 5 years at both the club and collegiate level. Given my passion for coaching, I knew in business the specialty of Human Resources was the vocation that best aligned to my avocation. I have been described as not the “run of the mill” HR Guy, which I view as one of the best compliments for I believe there are many in the HR world that are what I call "hr pukes". My style and approach have been described as easy-going yet keenly perceptive. I can also challenge and deliver the "zingers" as I did when delivering my DisruptHR talk entitled "HR on Trial for Neglecting Managers"
