Today, I am pursuing my master's degree in psychology and counseling while working in a psychiatrist's office. In this role, I have the privilege of helping organize and facilitate mental health workshops for patients and the community. I am passionate about speaking and educating others on topics such as mental health, emotional well-being, resilience, and living authentically. My goal is to make mental health conversations approachable, practical, and empowering for audiences of all ages.
