After more than 20 years battling addiction, incarceration, and a lifestyle that nearly cost him everything, Chris found freedom through recovery, faith, personal responsibility, and intentional growth. Now celebrating 9 plus years of sustained recovery, he uses his lived experience and leadership expertise to help individuals, organizations, and communities understand that their past does not have to define their future.

Chris serves as Chief Growth Strategist for The Alliance Group, a faith-based organization focused on recovery, workforce development, and successful reentry. He has created and developed multiple reentry programs designed to help justice-impacted individuals rebuild their lives through housing, employment, personal development, and community support.

Beyond his organizational leadership, Chris serves on the Governor’s Justice-Impacted Advisory Council and Tennessee’s Opiate Abatement Council Advocacy Panel, helping shape conversations and solutions around recovery, reentry, and community-based approaches to addressing addiction.

As a multi-business owner, Chris has created employment opportunities for individuals returning to their communities from incarceration and addiction treatment, demonstrating that transformation is possible when people are given opportunity, accountability, and support.
