I'm David Jones, founder of CAPTIVE Coaching & Empowerment. After 13 years in banking, I trained as a certified coach and discovered my true calling wasn't productivity — it was helping people rebuild their emotional lives. Noticing that the vast majority of my clients were women, I built my life's mission around helping women reclaim what conditioning and circumstance stripped away, developing the APACHE Theory as a teachable framework for that transformation. Through CAPTIVE, my collaborator Elizabeth Kostmayer and I now build coaching programs, workshops, and retreats to help every good-hearted woman become the "she" she was meant to be.
