I'm Carole O'Neil, and I’m passionate about empowering women to lead with confidence and ambition. With a background as the first female and non-engineer Managing Partner at a global engineering consultancy, I understand what it takes to carve out a space in environments not designed for us. As a competitive powerlifter and a Visiting Professor at Newcastle University Business School, I draw on my unique experiences to inspire others to make bold choices while staying true to what matters most in their lives.
