I'm Cindy Schwartz, an executive advisor, speaker, author, and founder of Executive Excellence Group. I've spent more than 25 years in business and technology leadership, including senior roles at Microsoft, Gartner, and AWS, helping organisations navigate transformation, develop leaders, and tackle complex challenges.
I'm passionate about challenging traditional leadership expectations, advancing women in leadership, and helping leaders navigate a world being reshaped by AI. My work brings together real executive experience, research, and practical insights into credibility, confidence, career progression, and what it takes to lead effectively.
I'm also the author of the forthcoming book You Were Never Behind, which challenges the way we think about imposter syndrome, women's careers, and what it really takes to succeed.
Whether I’m coaching executives or delivering keynotes, my goal is to inspire authentic, human-first leadership that challenges the status quo.
