She is a double Board-certified Alternative Medicine Practitioner and Health Coach, and a passionate advocate of spreading health and wellness truths.
After overcoming her own debilitating chronic pain condition using energy medicine and mind-body strategies, she is a firm believer that everyone should be knowledgeable about the inner workings of their bodies.
Once awakened with this knowledge, people can feel empowered to take back control over their own health.
