I am a Ph.D. scientist who's burning desire is to show you how to use your mind, get rid of your pain and simultaneously become happy.
After completing my Ph.D. in Clinical Biochemistry, I did a 4-year staff fellowship at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) & another 4 years specialization at Mt. Sinai Hospital in NYC.
Then, for 30 years, I served as Director of the Clinical Biochemistry & Toxicology Dept. at Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo, NY, & Clinical Assistant Professor of Pathology at the Medical School as well as Assistant Director for Erie County Public Health.
In 1992 I encountered a career-ending problem, initiated by others. The problem was solved. But, at that time I reached out to Tony Robbins, studied his teachings, as well as the teachings of Andrew Carnegie, Napoleon Hill, Bob Proctor, and others, and became a student of personal development. These teachings have helped me navigate the many duties and responsibilities that I had.
I retired in 2014 after 30 years of service. In 2022, I attended a conference by Dean Graziosi and Tony Robbins, who stated that some of us did a lot, made a lot of mistakes, and learned from these mistakes. Why don't we write and teach others who are making the same mistakes?
At that point, I stopped writing my medical book and wrote the book entitled "The Medical Success Formula" and dedicated my life to helping others, which frankly, I thought what I did was common knowledge. What I also discovered is that the Mental Success Formula is exactly like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a technique used in mental health to help patients with stress, anxiety, and depression.
The only important difference is that in CBT, they focus on the past, understanding what is causing the event. Whereas in the Mental Success Formula, it focuses on what you want NOW, what your highest value is, what you want to achieve, think about, focus on, desire, fall in love with, and get emotionally involved with.
At this point, what you are thinking about will enter the mind (a process that will take from 1 to 21 days). The mind will activate its higher faculties (intuition, perception, will, imagination, and memory). It will inspire you to get the needed information. You get the needed information, you study it, and you understand it. Then you can GET or DO what you want.
So, first, with the right mindset (if you think you can, then you can), you will get immersed with what you want and love, and this will help you, with time, to mitigate and forget what is causing you the pain. With the emotions that you have for what you want, that will go to the subconscious mind (in about 63 days), and you will become an unconscious competent. And to the degree that you do not think about what is causing the pain, that memory will, with time, start dissipating.
The final result: you will get rid of your pain and, equally important, you will gain and achieve whatever you really want, whether it’s something that makes you happy or learning a career or a hobby. The limit that you have is the limit that you place on your imagination.
The important point here is that anybody can do it. You do not need to be smart, rich, or educated. We all have a head, a brain, and a mind. It all depends on our awareness and the information that we feed your mind. What you sow, you reap.
I cannot do it for you. You have to do it. But I can guide you each step of the way until you become on autopilot—an unconscious competent. So easy. But so powerful.
