You do it yourself because it’s faster. I know that line well. I’m Erin Mac, a founder coach based in Arkansas. I spent 26 years building and scaling companies, ending in a hard-won exit, and for most of those years I believed everything had to run through me. For the last 8 years I’ve coached founders whose businesses work and who still can’t step away, using the WORTH Method™, a five-step process I created to find the belief underneath. My recent informal conversations with 19 founders showed that nearly everyone uses AI and saves time, but several are still working just as hard and aren’t getting that time back. I love talking about burnout, delegation, and the shift from operator to owner.
