What drives me is a simple belief: leadership is protection. The best leaders watch over people when they can't watch for themselves, and they put integrity before profit. My faith and my commitment to social justice are the "why" behind everything I do.

I speak on three themes: leadership that protects, trust as currency, and Jugaad, building a business when you don't have enough resources. I'm based in the UK and I'm looking for events and podcasts in London where these conversations matter.
