I'm a queer writer from Chicago, and Gwen is one of four pen names for the sake of branding. I write romance, erotica, SFF, short stories, and nonfiction - primarily travelogues. Much of my inspiration comes from fairy tales and fandom, but also the travel that I do. I've lived in three countries (US, New Zealand, Ethiopia), and that international flair helps me in my writing because it's diversified my worldview. It also helps me in my day job as a marketing analyst who has worked with domestic and international clients to analyze what's working and what's not. I have a masters in international marketing, as well as a bachelor's in mass communication and a minor in global media studies - which really just means it's hard to turn my brain off, even when watching Great British Bake Off.
