I started working on this after seeing how inefficient early-stage decision-making really is. Founders spend months building without real validation, while investors make high-stakes decisions based on pitch decks, intuition, and limited data.

At NexTraction, we’re changing that by turning pitch decks, market signals, and user insights into structured evaluations, including scoring systems like Market Validation Index (MVI) and Investor Readiness Score (IRS).

We’ve tested this across hundreds of real and synthetic startup cases, scaled pipelines to handle large volumes of analysis, and partnered with ecosystem players to bring more rigor into early-stage investing.

On podcasts, I like to go beyond surface-level startup advice and talk about what’s actually broken in the system; from false product-market fit to unreliable evaluation method, and what it takes to build data-driven alternatives using AI.

I’m especially interested in conversations around venture capital, startup validation, AI systems in production, and how early-stage ecosystems are evolving globally.
