I earned my EdD in educational leadership from Concordia University Chicago, focusing on technology integration practices among teachers, and hold three master's degrees in curriculum design, literacy education, and educational leadership. I am passionate about sharing my insights on improving instruction, AI usage in teaching, and fostering a healthy data culture. My recent book, "Shared Data, Shared Decisions: A Student-Centered Framework for a Healthy Data Culture," encapsulates my vision for data-informed decision-making in education.
