I grew up seventh of nine kids in a house where we didn’t have much, so survival was the first skill I learned. I started my first company at 28 with no degree, no money, and no idea what EBITDA even was. Since then, I’ve built and sold multiple businesses, generated over $500M in revenue, hired thousands of people, and failed hard enough times to keep me humble for life.
