About Jheri South

I’m Jheri South, a mom to seven neurodivergent children, rising from the wreckage of a marriage marked by pain and addiction.

When my son attempted to take his own life, coaching was the only thing that helped; it saved him and our family.

That experience inspired me to become a certified coach, dedicated to helping teens and their parents navigate life’s most difficult moments.

I was also diagnosed with ADHD at 40, after a divorce at 31 with six kids and a whirlwind of careers, from airline trainer to dance studio owner to talk show host.

The diagnosis finally explained my impulsivity, hyperfocus, and RSD.

My children, all neurodivergent, helped me see the beauty in our brains.

Now, I’m a speaker and coach specializing in ADHD and teen parenting.

I help people navigate ADHD, autism, anxiety, and parenting with mindset, strategy, and community.

I’ve spoken on stages, in schools, studios, and podcasts, and I’d love to join you on yours!
