My journey has taken me from a vibrant career in journalism—where I navigated the worlds of print, online media, radio, and television—to fully embrace my gift as an energy master and medical intuitive known as The Practical Alchemist.

Fore more than five years I hosted a weekly show on UK Health Radio called Alchemy 1.01 and for a year until his untimely passing, co-hosted the Hurt Less, Live More show with LA-based Dr Mark Goulston. Currently, I co-host the podcast Tik-Tokophobia, where we delve into the nuanced and often misunderstood realm of tokophobia, the extreme fear of pregnancy and childbirth.
