As a former corporate executive, Julia honed her leadership skills as an “intrapreneur” at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte creating and leading a global hospitality data research division that became the market leader in its field, before selling the business unit in 2008.

She has experienced the challenges of leading through uncertainty and witnessed first-hand the wasted time, energy and resources that pervade companies through ineffective collaboration.

That’s why she is passionate about disrupting the status quo and discovering new ways to run and lead businesses so they are fit for purpose in the 21st century.

Julia is the author of two business books Unbridled Success and Unbridled Business, and co-author of Change Wisdom and Fit For Purpose Leadership #6.

She is an international speaker and lives in Yorkshire with her herd of four horses.
