Ever feel like you’re doing all the things and still wondering why it feels off?

Ever feel like you’re doing all the things and still wondering why it feels off?

Life Lessons with Linda is a podcast for capable women whose lives look good on the outside. You handle a lot, and you handle it well. Underneath, something doesn’t match. Here we talk about why, in plain language and real life.

I’m Linda Sherony. I taught business, accounting and finance at UW-La Crosse for 15 years. Today I’m a coach, a Human Design guide and a certified tapping practitioner.

Each episode is a real conversation. Some are just me. Others bring in guests who know money, patterns and building a life that fits. You’ll hear Human Design in plain English, and tools you can try right away, like breathwork and tapping. You’ll also hear about Overing™: the overthinking, overdoing and overgiving that capable women take on without noticing.

You can look successful and feel it too.

New episodes coming soon, including the two-part series “Escaping Overing Land™.”
