I'm Matea, the Co-Founder of Hari OM Yoga Ashram in Costa Rica and the Founder of Hari OM School of Yoga and Ayurveda. My journey into holistic health began in childhood, inspired by my mother’s teachings in Ayurveda and Bhakti Yoga, and has since evolved into a lifelong passion for transformative practices.
