I run Kairos Recruitment, a hiring partner for Australian startups and scaleups, where I work directly with Founders on the senior hires that decide whether a company gets its next stage right.

In 2024 I founded Aussie Founders Club, now a national community of thousands of Founders and operators, backed by Innovation Victoria to deliver more than 60 events over three years.

I also co-run PeopleStack, an eight-week program for early-stage companies building their people function, and in 2025 I was named Victorian Ecosystem Hero of the Year.

Most of my week is spent in conversation with Founders about hiring, money, teams and what building a company costs them personally. Life After Launch came out of those conversations.
