My healthcare journey spans more than 30 years and has included roles across home care, hospice, healthcare operations, leadership, and business development.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of helping families navigate some of life’s most challenging transitions, which ultimately inspired me to co-found Clear Path Home Care and later help build organizations dedicated to compassionate, relationship-driven care. Today, I focus on creating innovative care solutions, developing strong healthcare teams, and advocating for seniors and family caregivers, especially in rural and underserved communities.

Beyond my professional life, I am part of the “Sandwich Generation,” simultaneously supporting aging parents while raising children of my own. That experience gives me a deeply personal understanding of the emotional, financial, and logistical challenges families face when caring for a loved one.

I am also passionate about leadership, entrepreneurship, and preserving the legacy of founders who have dedicated their lives to serving others. Whether I’m speaking about caregiving, aging, healthcare leadership, company culture, or building purpose-driven organizations, my goal is always the same: to help people feel seen, supported, and empowered as they navigate life’s next chapter.
