I teach my proprietary program that has 9 steps. The 9 steps I used to go from a negative programming that was created when I was born until I was about 18 years old.

I went from childhood trauma to having a fulfilling and thriving life with my husband and children.

I want to help people (mainly women), get rid of that unresolved inner block that is probably going to affect their relationships, their health and lives, if it hasn't done it already!

I have interviewed almost 100 experts in the field of health, wellness and healing in the past 5 years.
