Over the past six years I've worked with more than 300 companies and 50,000 people, running events, workshops and experiences online and in person. Somewhere along the way I got fascinated by one question, what actually helps people thrive, and trained as a laughter yoga and happiness coach to understand it better.

I'm known for making sessions interactive and fun rather than lecture-style, with a bit of laughter, games and real conversation, because years of hosting groups taught me that a room remembers how you made them feel.

Off stage I'm an expat, a lifelong learner, and someone who thinks happiness at work is practical, not fluffy. I love a good conversation about building businesses, building confidence, and building workplaces people actually enjoy.
