I am a marketing consultant and co-host of the podcast, A Little Bit Easier.
I believe that life is easier when you build routines to simplify mundane but necessary tasks and that simple awareness of how your mind works allows you to change behaviors that are holding you back so you can enjoy life more.
I live life in pursuit of joy, calm, and consistent, incremental improvement and I love to show others how they can do that too.

Why Invite me?
I am not the type of guest that will list stats and studies from memory, in fact I can hardly remember what I read last week. Instead, I speak from personal experience and prefer to share stories that convey wisdom. I have extensive experience speaking on camera from my own podcasts to giving professional presentations and am comfortable with off-the-cuff conversations that flow naturally from topic to topic. I enjoy having smart conversations on a variety of topics and genuinely want to share knowledge to help others. I have a mic and room set up that ensures high quality sound and video.
