ADHD, GenX women who feel disenchanted & disappointed with their careers - lack of recognition, lack of joy, lack of pay - and want something more. They're aiming low when they come to me, but usually have a secret dream that, once we uncover it, we can go for it and achieve it, giving them the life they really want.

About Rachel Gaddis

Diagnosed with ADHD at 44 (laughing in disbelief), ADHD meds felt like getting a superpower.

Once I learned a bit about ADHD, I realized it actually made a lot of sense - and explained SO MUCH of my life.

I was finally able to forgive myself for not measuring up to certain standards I had been holding myself to, and unleash other parts of me that had been lying dormant.

With that clarity also came a sense of direction: I realized I wanted to help other women like me.

Smart, high achieving women who were quietly burning out - and needed help finding careers where they would actually fit, so they could stop fighting their brains and start living.

Why Invite Rachel Gaddis as a Guest?

I have great energy, provide my own talking points and riff on yours too! I come in thinking about your listeners and how to help them by contributing my expertise, materials, and knowledge. Many women have been diagnosed with ADHD at 44, changed careers, or become coaches, and while there's a lot of discussion about this stuff separately, you don't see much about it all together. I can put it together, for you and your listeners. Another USP about me is my personality - I just have a way about me (I've been told) that's not like anyone else. I'm casual, I'm funny, I'm fun, I put people at ease quickly. And most important - I inspire people to be hopeful and confident in ways they haven't dared to be. My clients say things like "I can't believe this is my life now" or "You completely changed my life" after working with me. I'd love to bring some small changes to your listeners' lives, as well.
