I’m Zach Tolen, better known as Vanilla Rice. I’m an entrepreneur, restaurant owner, content creator, and founder of Rich Off Food. I’ve spent years building businesses in the food industry, including growing Vanilla Rice’s Hibachi House into multiple locations, while also building a media company focused on the people, stories, and businesses shaping food culture.
